Smile brighter this year with the knowledge your pet Santa photos are helping to raise money for Hunter Valley Animal Facility & Rehoming Centre, NSW Bull Terrier Rescue & Hunter Valley Cat Haven.

You can bring in your cat, dog, rabbit, guinea pig, parrot or whatever other wonderful furry, feathery friend you have to get your photo taken with Santa!

Santa Photos will be different this year. Please be aware of the following:

  • All customers must keep a distance of at least 1.5m from Santa, the photographer, staff, and other customers at all times.

  • All packages must be paid in full (in advance) to secure your booking. We will not accept payment upon arrival. An invoice will be emailed upon booking confirmation.

  • Any customer that is displaying COVID symptoms will be denied access.

  • All customers must sanitise their hands prior to entering the store.

  • Customers will only be permitted to access the area at their scheduled session time.

  • All customers who select the digital pack will receive an email with their photo in hi resolution format for printing.

  • No prints will be available on the day. All customer who selected the printed pack will be emailed when they are ready for collection or can choose to pay $9 postage.

  • Due to circumstances outside of our control, we may have to cancel Santa Photos at any time, with no prior notice. All customers who have paid but have not yet had their photos will be refunded in full.

Safety Information for Dogs & Cats

  • To ensure the safety of your dog, all dogs must remain on a lead and must be fully vaccinated. Due to the volume of dogs Santa sees, non vaccinated dogs can be put at risk and we strongly advise against bringing puppies unless their vaccinations are up to date.

  • Cats must be in a secure travel crate until it is time for the photo to be taken.
